I am so glad you are thinking about how to more effectively serve your church. Leading a church is an amazing, but challenging calling. From an early age, I always felt called to serve the local church. There is something captivating and awe-inspiring about a God who willingly chose to send His own Son from heaven to rescue us from a life of darkness. But not only that, He chose to use the local church as a beautiful expression of hope that would allow the world to encounter such love. Even now writing about it after all these years, I find myself stirred up about the good news of the life He brings. 

During college, I toured the States leading worship for conferences and retreats. I then accepted a role as the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor of a local church which opened my eyes to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes and the struggles church leaders face.  Since then, I have served many churches in a similar capacity, which ultimately lead me to working with some very impactful nonprofits such as The Justice Conference (World Relief), The International Justice Mission (IJM), as well as many others. This journey has allowed me to meet with countless pastors and church leaders to encourage them, help them overcome challenges, and better equip them to serve their congregations.

I love building communities and helping others fulfill their calling. I’m excited about diving into the next season with you.
